Can I pay cash on the day?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance payable in cash.
All Quotes are valid for 24 hours
All payments are processed through secure systems to protect your personal and financial information.
We normally send quotations via text message and email. You will be able to book the journey through the quotation email.

Yes, cancellations are accepted with at least 14 days’ notice before the travel date. Please note, a £50 cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of travel.

Can I get a full refund?
  • If a booking is cancelled in writing more than 14 days before the date of travel, a full refund (minus the £50 cancellation fee) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before travel, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled journey, no refund will be issued, and full payment will remain due to London Coaches. All deposits are non-refundable for bookings cancelled by the customer.

For extra pick-ups or drop-offs, you must inform us in advance, and we will confirm the details via email. Normally, we can accommodate up to two pick-ups and drop-offs at no extra charge, provided they are within a 1-mile radius. Any additional pick-ups or drop-offs will incur extra charges.
