Yes, cancellations are accepted with at least 14 days’ notice before the travel date. Please note, a £50 cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of travel.

Can I get a full refund?

• If a booking is cancelled in writing more than 14 days before the date of travel, a full refund (minus the £50 cancellation fee) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days but more than 72 hours before travel, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
• If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled journey, no refund will be issued, and full payment will remain due to London Coaches. All deposits are non-refundable for bookings cancelled by the customer.
